My name is Mike Henry, and I'm a business instructor here at Central Maine Community College. When Jack and I started talking about this business simulator, and really being able to let kids get totally involved instead of just sitting in a library, reading about a pre-existing company, but instead they're going to run their own company. We got really excited, and we knew that the kids were going to get excited about this, too.

I really centered my whole semester around this class, because I was really excited about it. I heard about this simulation, and I changed my degree because of it.

They log on, and what they're seeing is first, a screen, where they design their own products. Once they understand their product, they now have to take it to the next level and say, "can we sell this?", and then lastly, they make the decisions on production. How many of these do we need to produce? And then they get to build their own factories. And it's a very fun and exciting process for these kids.

I'll be a better employee, and as well as a business partner, I think because I'm going to learn how to work with people and making tough decisions someday.

We're basically just being creative in learning.

We are pretty much leading the class and the instructors are guiding us along the way.

It's about teaching people how to make decisions on information, on good information.

It's just so comprehensive for all the different classes that we've taken. It's amazing what you have to know to be able to even function and assess the first day.

This class is different because you spend a lot of time focusing on individual subjects as you're here for two years. And this class really brings everything together so you can see how it all flows when you get out in the real world.

I would 100% advise other students to take this class. It's amazing.
